Any customer making a return via post or courier must make our staff aware that the goods are being sent back before they have been dispatched. Please also leave a note in the package with your order number and how you would like us to process the return. For example, "Change for size L", "Return for full refund" etc.

FAQ’s : High Rollers Return & Exchange Policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online or in store purchase you can return your goods. We must receive the returned goods within 28 days and they must be in perfect original sale-able condition. Customers must cover the return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via registered post with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us. We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original postage cost. Sale items purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable unless it is a case of a defective product.

– All items must be unused.

– Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached.

– Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

– Footwear must not be worn outside or show any visible signs of wear. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.

– All footwear should be returned in their original packing, this includes the box and spare laces if they were included.

– All decks must be un-skated and in brand new condition. We cannot return a deck that has been removed from its plastic wrapping and/or gripped.

– Once a deck has been assembled, neither the deck nor its parts can be returned or exchanged.

– All deck returns are dealt with by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.

– All Videos/DVD must be unopened.


Defective or Faulty Skateboard Hardware 

Defective or faulty products will need to be deemed so by the brand/manufacturer. If our staff think that the returned item is defective or faulty we will make contact to the brand/manufacturer for final confirmation. If the brand/manufacturer accepts that the item is defective a replacement will then be issued. If the brand/manufacturer declines that the item is defective then we will not be able to replace the item. Most brands will offer a similar warranty to what we have written below:


  • Covered by warranty:

    • Delamination

    • Warping

  • Not covered by warranty:

    • Broken board due to high impact, improper landing

    • Stress cracks, water damage

    • User error

    • Improper set up or maintenance

    • Normal Wear


  • Covered by warranty:

    • Manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship

    • Axle slipping

    • Casting anomaly

    • Axle deformation anomaly

    • Threading issues at point of purchase

  • Not covered by warranty:

    • Normal wear

    • Improper set up or maintenance

    • Axle stripping or damage due to improper use or failure to use bearing spacers and axle washers

    • Issues after lifetime of wear*

      • *The lifetime of a skateboard truck is considered to be over when the hanger is ground down to the axle.


  • Covered by warranty:

    • Manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship

  • Not covered by warranty:

    • Flat spots

    • Discolouration

    • Normal wear


  • Covered by warranty:

    • Manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship

    • Failure of ball bearing cage, balls, or races

  • Not covered by warranty:

    • Failure due to improper maintenance or cleaning

    • Bent shields or failure from improper installation or tool damage

    • Water damage or rust


  • Covered by warranty:

    • Adhesive failure

    • Grit separation

  • Not covered by warranty:

    • Water / dirt damage

    • Normal wear
